Women On Workmarket With Inclusive Techniques – WOWIT

PROJECT ANNOTATION:

WOWIT project aims to empower women and other disadvantaged ethnical groups to create value on workmarket with equal opportunity. Around the world, finding a job is much tougher for women than it is for men. When women are employed, they tend to work in low-quality jobs in vulnerable conditions, and there is little improvement forecast in the near future. WOWIT get the inclusive techniques behind the trends and learn more about removing barriers holding women back from decent work.Project implements coordinating and NETWORKING small scale partnership EDUCATION with training, seminars, workshops, conferences, supportive dialogues, inclusive techniques. EQUALITY focuses primarily on raising awareness of gender equality on workmarket directly support real gender equality through empowering women, their self-support and mutual support. Important part of the project are the activities aimed at eliminating gender stereotypes as a barrier to gender equality and offering solutions.
