We prepared two national testing sessions within the WOW-ME project, involving a total of 42 participants, primarily women aged 18–25 who are in transition within the labour market. The national testing consisted of the following components and thematic areas:

Childcare and eldercare responsibilities

Responsibilities, self-confidence, and self-doubt

Limited networking opportunities

Recruitment and hiring processes

Based on participants’ feedback, the most highly appreciated elements were the following:
“Design Thinking taught me a great deal — it is a concept that helps people think differently and understand the importance of estimation and self-awareness when searching for a suitable type of job, based on the applicant’s prototype.”

(J.K., 22 years old)“These AI strategies did not exist in our time, so we clearly need to focus more on them. Thanks to the WOW-ME project, this has now become possible.”
