The project management of individual projects is an essential part of the successful operation of the project and the effective implementation of all subsequent project goals. Within the framework of DIGIT4ALL, we held regular partner meetings via digital platforms. Our partner is the ALTERNATIVA Association. Alternativa’s main mission for the past 25 years has been to support its communities and help implement some initiatives by offering non-formal educational opportunities to 13-25 year olds according to their interests and needs. Their members participate in interactive stands at programs and events, and share their knowledge and previous experiences during clubs, workshops, and training sessions. The most successful project of the association is the media club, which within days, the editing process from the beginning to the newspaper prepared with photos and articles, ready for printing. This position requires serious teamwork, creativity and immediate reactions, as well as the development of communication skills at a higher level. The majority of their volunteers work in youth organizations, positions, or do voluntary work where they can work in a team, thus developing their empathy and being responsible in their tasks.
