As part of the DIGIT4ALL project, five young adults from Slovakia and five young adults from Hungary were trained. It aims to ensure that young adults who want to work with young people and who already work with young people are adequately trained in the use of digital media, recognising their limitations, benefits and being able to pass on their knowledge to children.
These young adults were over 18 and under 30 years of age and regularly participated in online training and coaching. Coaching was different from training in that it was interactive, it was tailored, it was more of a personal encounter, where the topics included the feedback of the mentors, their shortcomings, or we were able to take their requests and analyze themes that had been requested in the meantime.
The coaching was practice-oriented, with many examples from coaches and their personal experiences as well as their knowledge.
