Mediation plays a crucial role in resolving conflicts constructively, yet many people are unfamiliar with what it truly involves. This course module is designed to change that. It offers a clear, accessible introduction to mediation for learners who are curious about conflict resolution, communication, and the foundations of peaceful dialogue.<\/p>\n

In this first module, learners are guided through the core concepts of mediation\u2014what conflict is, how mediation works, and why it matters in personal, professional, and community settings.
