The national testing consisted of the following components and thematic areas:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"402\" data-end=\"761\">\n<li data-start=\"402\" data-end=\"436\">\n<p data-start=\"404\" data-end=\"436\">The stigma of the \u201ccareer gap\u201d<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"437\" data-end=\"475\">\n<p data-start=\"439\" data-end=\"475\">Lack of flexible job opportunities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"476\" data-end=\"500\">\n<p data-start=\"478\" data-end=\"500\">Work and negotiation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"501\" data-end=\"545\">\n<p data-start=\"503\" data-end=\"545\">Childcare and eldercare responsibilities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"546\" data-end=\"599\">\n<p data-start=\"548\" data-end=\"599\">Responsibilities, self-confidence, and self-doubt<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"600\" data-end=\"636\">\n<p data-start=\"602\" data-end=\"636\">Limited networking opportunities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"637\" data-end=\"673\">\n<p data-start=\"639\" data-end=\"673\">Recruitment and hiring processes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"674\" data-end=\"701\">\n<p data-start=\"676\" data-end=\"701\">Bias and discrimination<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"702\" data-end=\"727\">\n<p data-start=\"704\" data-end=\"727\">Financial constraints<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"728\" data-end=\"761\">\n<p data-start=\"730\" data-end=\"761\">Lack of support and resources<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"763\" data-end=\"852\">Based on participants\u2019 feedback, the most highly appreciated elements were the following:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"854\" data-end=\"1121\">\u201cDesign Thinking taught me a great deal \u2014 it is a concept that helps people think differently and understand the importance of estimation and self-awareness when searching for a suitable type of job, based on the applicant\u2019s prototype.\u201d<br data-start=\"1090\" data-end=\"1093\" \/>(M.K., 23 years old, female)<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1123\" data-end=\"1248\">\u201cThe approach to negotiation during a job interview is a good and fair starting point for employment.\u201d<br data-start=\"1225\" data-end=\"1228\" \/>(J.K., 22 years old)<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1250\" data-end=\"1400\">\u201cThese AI strategies did not exist in our time, so we clearly need to focus more on them.
