Children are the future of the region.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">The main mission of\u00a0 the Civic Association FutuReg since 2015 is to promote the development of cultural and social values \u200b\u200b<\/span><span lang=\"sk-SK\">in<\/span> <span lang=\"sk-SK\">Southern Slovakia<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">, focus<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">ing<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> on raising awareness<\/span> <span lang=\"sk-SK\">in the field of<\/span> <span lang=\"en-US\">children&#8217;s rights <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">and equality<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">,providing healthy and happy childhood and supporting research and development in the field of human sciences, life-long education and\u00a0 non-formal training. <\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Development \u2013 Knowledge &#8211; Sustainability are the<strong> key values \u200b\u200bof FutuReg<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span lang=\"sk-SK\">Main <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> areas of <\/span><span lang=\"sk-SK\">our <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">activit<\/span><span lang=\"sk-SK\">ies<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> are<\/span> conducted <span lang=\"sk-SK\">the field of<\/span> <strong><span lang=\"en-US\">education, training, <\/span><span lang=\"sk-SK\">culture, <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">science and research. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span lang=\"sk-SK\">Childhood is unique and unrepeatable. <\/span>Children have the right to the best. Our mission is to support the sustainable growth of the region for the future of our children, therefore we also focus on the sustainable economy and social sciences, which are child-friendly.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>The mission of the association <span lang=\"sk-SK\">stand on<\/span> two pillars:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>helping children and youth because they are the future of the region<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>helping the region because it provides living space for the next generation.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Our activities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span lang=\"sk-SK\">Since 2015 we are working i<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">n Slovakia <\/span><span lang=\"sk-SK\">for children living in Hungarian minorities with project<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> Minority Kids, which focuses on equal <\/span><span lang=\"sk-SK\">opportuni<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">ty, <\/span><span lang=\"sk-SK\">children <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">rights and <\/span><span lang=\"sk-SK\">education<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> of children in the region.We are helping with anonymous online consulting in the field of childcare on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.minoritykids.sk\">www.minoritykids.sk<\/a><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Since 2017 we have been running research projects: <strong>Proceedings of Minority Kids Conference, Best Interest, Suburbanization I, II, III, Common Region.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">In 2019, we launched a series of workshops in the field of non-formal education with subjects of: <\/span><span lang=\"sk-SK\">Grant Writing<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> and Project Management. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"sk-SK\">From 2020 we dedicated our activities to <\/span><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">Peer <\/span><span lang=\"sk-SK\">M<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">ediation project called &#8220;More rights less violence&#8221; <\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"sk-SK\">in high schools, we are cooperating <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">with primary schools in the <strong>Tolerance for Children project.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p><em><span lang=\"en-US\">FutuReg&#8217;s innovations and new forms of education are at the<\/span> <span lang=\"sk-SK\">roots<\/span> <span lang=\"en-US\">of<\/span> <span lang=\"sk-SK\">regional<\/span> <span lang=\"en-US\">development. The <\/span><span lang=\"sk-SK\">target<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> group<\/span> <span lang=\"sk-SK\">of children can<\/span> <span lang=\"en-US\">guarantee<\/span> us clear <span lang=\"sk-SK\">results.<\/span> It is important to provide them <span lang=\"en-US\">healthy and safety childhood and sustainable <\/span><span lang=\"sk-SK\">development<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">. Analyses the training needs in SMEs, peer to peer mediation, new occupation profiles and development of new curricula; executes vocational non-violence communication courses apt to requalification and re-skilling of youths and adults. She plans and organizes couching, mentoring and accredited courses.
